To understand the shipment methods Consortium Gifts uses, Please bear in mind certain principles when you place your order.
We dispatch your merchandise in 7-10 days from the date you place an order on our website.
From the time your order is dispatched from our Order Processing Center, it takes between 2 – 7 working days to reach you.
For Delivery in India:
Consortium Gifts delivers to most locations within India.
For Delivery Overseas:
Consortium Gifts delivers to most countries outside India.
Consortium Gifts dispatches all parcels using a courier chosen according to your order or the type of products sold on companybrandstore.com to offer you a fast and reliable delivery service. With this service, your parcel is delivered within 2 – 7 working days of being dispatched.
The shipping charge is based on the weight of the product. For multiple products ordered from the same category the programme adds up the weight of all the units ordered and charges a single delivery fee.
Thus, a customer who orders three books weighing 200gms, 250gms and 400gms is charged a single delivery fee of a consignment weighing more than 500gms but less than one kg. The customer is not charged for three different consignments weighing less than 500gms each. Thus the customer will pay a delivery fee of Rs 85 for ordering the three books as a single order instead of Rs 142 if he orders them separately.
However, the delivery fee is calculated separately when a customer orders different products. Thus, if a customer orders a Pearl Set and Shirts he will pay separate delivery charges for each product. This is because the products are being sourced and shipped from different cities. The minimum weight taken into account is 250gms (only for documents) for domestic shipments and 500gms for international shipments. There is a parcel surcharge applicable for the consignments other than documents irrespective of weight of the shipments in case of international deliveries.
The weight of the product has been built in into the delivery charge of each product. This will automatically be added to the product cost at the payment stage. The delivery cost of a consignment weighing 3 Kg to be shipped within India will be = INR 165. The delivery charge is arrived at by multiplying the weight of the product with the slab rate. Thus, the delivery cost of a consignment weighing 3 Kg to USA will be (789+(5*213)) = INR 1854.
Despite our best efforts and those of our courier, certain issues can arise before your parcel is delivered. In order to guarantee you a quality service, Consortium Gifts promises to do its best to find the causes and resolve the problem in a timely manner.
What should I do if I cannot track my order online?
Once your parcel has been dispatched, an email containing your parcel information is sent to you automatically. If you are unable to view any information regarding your parcel, we recommend that you contact us so we can follow up on your order.
What happens if I am not available to receive my parcel?
Should you not be present when our courier attempts to deliver your parcel, our courier partner makes attempts to reach you via a phone call and SMS. Please ensure that you take calls from our courier partner to facilitate delivery of your package. A second attempt will automatically be made within 24 hours. After the second attempt, our courier will hold on to your parcel for 3 days awaiting further instructions from the recipient before returning your parcel to us.
Once the parcel has been sent back to us, you must wait until it arrives in our Order Processing Center. At this time you will automatically receive an email asking you if you would like us to resend your parcel .We will hold the parcel for you at our Order Processing Center for a week from the time we send you an email. If we do not hear from you in this timeframe we will need to cancel your order.
Please note the shipment cost for resending the parcel will be borne by the customer.
What should I do if I receive a damaged parcel?
Please do not accept any parcel in case the packaging appers damaged or temperd with.
All parcels are guaranteed to be in perfect condition when they are dispatched from our Order Processing Center, complete with security tape that should be visible and intact.

I have received a defective item or my order is incorrect
If you notice that the items you’ve received are faulty or if your parcel does not contain the items you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel,on the contact no provided or via an email to email@example.com
Company Brand Store has put in place no-hassle procedures to ensure that you can buy from us in confidence and return the item if it has size issues (apparel and footwear only) or the item is faulty or not what you ordered.
Consortium Gifts accepts returns only with size issues for:
Only store credit will be given for such returns. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Returned items will only be accepted in their original packaging, including: hangers, polyester bags, hang tags on garments, shoe boxes or dust bags. Any items damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
No returns, refunds or exchanges will be accepted on the following items:
- Home Décor
- Leather goods
If the return is due to a size issue (applicable for apparel and footwear only), it is the customer's responsibility to pay for return shipping. On our part we will give you astore credit. If the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect item sent / damaged / defective product), we will reimburse the invoice value as well as the shipping charge borne by the customer to return the package, up to a maximum of Rs 150/kg. All returns which are not valid will not be accepted and will be sent back.
Should you wish to return all or a part of your order, you need to let us know within 3 working days from the date of receiving your parcel. You can either call ourCustomer Support No. +91 9650070283 between 10am and 7pm, On all 7 DAYS and choose the return option over the phone to reach our dedicated helpine for returns or write to us firstname.lastname@example.org .
After validating your return request over phone we will send you an email authorizing a return. Please bear in mind that we should receive the return package within 10 days of us sending the authorizing email.
Post receipt of the return package, we will proceed to inspect the same. Once approved as an eligible return, we will issue your refund or merchandise credit in the appropriate amount. If however the return is found not eligible for refund, we will courier the same back to you. In either scenario your return issue will be closed within 10 days of our receiving of the return package from you.
All refunds will be made out through cheques.
Please Note: Consortium Gifts will make refund cheques only in the registered name of the customer.
We will keep you updated on the status of your return at each step:
- When we validate your return, we send you a return authorization email
- At the closure of your refund, we send you a closure email
